Ladies, take time to pamper yourselves, even if it means waking up 30 minutes before the rest of your darlings are awake! Here are a few of my “Top Ten Beauty Tips” to make your face glow. Many of these won’t break the bank, while others are a once a month trip to your spa or facial specialist. You deserve it and can be finished before carpool pickup!
Top Ten Beauty Tips:
1. Park Cities Dermatology
Everything from Botox, peels and problem solving. Sandra Whitten cleared up my hyper-pigmentation and adult acne, which sometimes needs to be under “doctor’s care”!

Park Cities Dermatology Center is located at:
8226 Douglas Ave.
Suite #540
Dallas, TX 75225

2. I love Neutrogena sun protection products because they protect your skin from sun damage without clogging your pores. Some suggestions include: Neutrogena Healthy Defense SPF 30 Daily Moisturizer, Neutrogena Age Shield Face Sunblock and also Ultimate Sport for your body. All can be found at CVS, Walgreens and Target stores.

3. My secret weapon....Neutrogena Skin Soothing Under Eye Corrector. It is a concealer that does not get heavy or cakey. You can also use it to hide blemishes and skin imperfections. Found at CVS, Walgreens or Target!
4. To enhance your eye color, you must have the “Color Eye Define” eye shadow double sided wand from Susan Posnick Makeup found at Forty Five Ten, 214-559-4510 or www.susanposnick.com. One side is a sponge tip and the other a soft eye pencil. She also has a wonderful translucent mineral powder brush called “Color Flo” with SPF coverage that stays fresh all day!
5. The Spa at the Stoneleigh hotel is delightfully quiet and feels isolated from the hustle
and bustle of the outside world! Massages, body scrubs and mineral baths make you feel like you are in your own private paradise. Snacks from Bolla restaurant upstairs help too!

6. Palmer's lotion from the drug store...in cocoa butter or shea butter! This line from Australia is great for the baby belly during pregnancy and after babies for the rest of your life as a woman to maintain soft skin!

7. Aveeno foaming cleanser for gentle skin. A cleanser that foams is a necessity in order to really remove the makeup and sunscreen from your pores. Use it in the morning when you wake up, and of course, at night when you remove your makeup. To clear up adult acne, try “Boots” at Target. It is an expert Anti-Blemish Cleansing Foam and Toner. (Be careful to not overuse, as it is only for problem moments!)
8. Jamie O'Banion, my sweet beautiful friend, professional model and mother of two in Dallas has an organic line called Organicare, www.icareorganics.com. It is available at Nordstrom's Spa at the Galleria or Dillard’s at NorthPark Center, Stonebriar or Willow Bend. This creation is so heavenly you want to eat it with a spoon! The under eye cream and night moisturizer are my favorite products of her line. It is one of the only truly certified organic lines in the U.S. by the USDA.

9. Renee Rouleau for the most incredible Cranberry Facial, but you must add the oxygen treatment as well! Locations in Plano and One Arts Plaza in Downtown Dallas
10. Drink water, water and more water!
